Rubber backed entrance mats normally have greater anti slip properies so are most suitable when choosing an entrance mat for use on a hard floor surface although they can equally be used on carpeted floors. Vinyl backed door mats are usually more economically priced and are suitable for use on carpeted or hard floor surfaces.

Machine Washable Entrance Mats

Entrance mats that you intend to wash need to be chosen carefully. Specially designed entrance mats are available that are ideally suited to machine washing.

Rubber Entrance Mats

Rubber entrance mats are normally suitable for use  indoors or out.
